I had a great experience at Sports Clips Haircuts on 9/16/22. Christin the store manager and Ana went above and beyond to give us the best customer service! The haircuts they provided our kids were we wanted! Thank you ladies so much!

THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE... OWNERSHIP OF THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER BUISNESS BECAUSE SHE IS MORE FOCUSED ON HER OTHER BUISNESS YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY ARE OPEN OR CLOSED THEY OPEN WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT TO THE OWNER... THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING BUT THE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE OWNER AND THIS IS LEADING TO A PROBLEM OF STAFFING TIME FOR SPORTS CLIPS CORPORATE TO HET INVOLVED OR SELL THE FRANCHISE TO SOMEONE ELSE...

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I checked in online for today 2:31pm 7/19/20. I got there at exactly 2:31pm. The woman there rudely told me there was someone ahead of me, who wasn't there yet. I waited 10 minutes, the guy showed up. She said I'd have to wait outside and she'll call me when they're ready for me. I asked if she has my phone# and she didn't want to answer. I then waited outside for hours, she never called, it's now closed, and I never got my haircut. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
